This radiator for a Evo 4/5/6 will work perfectly in your 8 & 9's factory location, and allows your upper radiator hose to be moved to a more suitable location. As you can see the outlet to the upper radiator hose is offset, this allows the radiator hose to make a straight shot to your thermostat housing, keeping your precious rubber hoses away from your exhaust manifold. This is the perfect solution for those with tubular intake manifolds, or just those that would prefer to get that radiator hose out of the way. This kit includes the radiator core, and the upper radiator hose. Your lower radiator hose and everything else retains it's stock placement. Please note, this radiator setup WILL NOT work if you still are running your factory air box.
